Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards
- Complete digital inventory counts using RF scanners
- Support loading/unloading operations with efficiency and precision
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic math skills and inventory software literacy
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work weekends during peak seasons
- Must pass pre-employment physical agility assessment
