- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets
- Complete shift reports and document work progress
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid US work authorization and state ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to various job sites within Detroit
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen (if required)
- Previous labor/construction experience preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong punctuality and attendance record
