Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient assessment and treatment in fast-paced urgent care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Accurately document patient records in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of urgent care or emergency room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
