Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
