Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Conduct routine system health checks during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology is a plus.
