Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous technical audits to identify crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals to improve user engagement and search rankings.
- Implement and maintain schema markup (JSON-LD) for rich snippets.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics to troubleshoot issues and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Partner with developers to ensure code quality and technical SEO best practices are met.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve mobile usability and site security (HTTPS).
- Analyze backlink profiles and conduct competitor research to identify gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO or a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical jargon for stakeholders.
