Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain server infrastructure and network hardware.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees and resolve technical issues.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and backup systems.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to upgrade hardware and software systems.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
