Responsibilities
- Design integrated urban infrastructure systems combining renewable energy grids, waste-to-resource networks, and climate-adaptive buildings
- Develop lifecycle analysis models for carbon-neutral construction materials and circular economy workflows
- Lead BIM/CIM modeling of smart city systems integrating IoT sensors and AI-driven resource optimization
- Collaborate with municipal planners to align projects with 2026 sustainability targets and decarbonization mandates
- Research and implement cutting-edge green technologies including carbon capture, vertical farming, and water recycling systems
- Present technical blueprints to stakeholders and secure regulatory approvals for large-scale eco-districts
Qualifications
- Masters in Civil Engineering, Sustainable Architecture, or Environmental Science with 8+ years infrastructure design experience
- LEED AP BD+C or WELL AP certification required
- Expertise in BIM/CIM platforms (Revit, Civil 3D) and lifecycle assessment tools (One Click LCA)
- Proven track record of leading $50M+ sustainable infrastructure projects
- Deep knowledge of 2026 climate adaptation frameworks and circular economy principles
- Strong data visualization skills for presenting complex environmental systems to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research on urban decarbonization strategies or smart city technologies preferred
