Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and Science-Based Targets
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives ensuring GRI/SASB compliance and investor transparency
- Oversee decarbonization roadmaps including carbon footprint analysis and net-zero pathways
- Manage cross-functional sustainability projects with R&D, operations, and marketing teams
- Drive supplier ESG audits and ethical sourcing initiatives across global supply chain
- Stakeholder engagement including investor briefings, NGO partnerships, and employee advocacy
- Monitor regulatory trends (SEC climate rules, EU CSRD) and adapt strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ years in strategy leadership roles
- Proven track record in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools and lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Experience managing multi-year sustainability roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Certifications in LEED, GRESB, or similar sustainability credentials
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and external stakeholder audiences
