Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead R&D for zero-waste manufacturing and renewable energy integration
- Architect ESG frameworks exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for pilot projects in AI-driven resource optimization
- Partner with C-suite to embed sustainability across 15 global business units
- Present findings at industry forums including Davos and Climate Week
- Mentor 8-person cross-functional innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching circular economy initiatives worth $50M+
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (GHG Protocol, CDP)
- Experience with UN SDGs and EU Green Deal regulations
- Certifications: LEED AP, GRI Standards, or B Corp
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in sustainability journals
