Role Overview
The 2026 Roadmap Architect will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and integrating disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) into our core architecture. You will collaborate with C-level executives, engineering teams, and product divisions to ensure our roadmap is both innovative and executable.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to assess feasibility of futuristic technologies.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Advocate for innovation while ensuring compliance and risk management in long-term planning.
- Partner with vendors and R&D labs to secure early access to breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic technology, engineering management, or product architecture role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-year strategic roadmaps and technology transitions.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy.
- Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic environment in the United States.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
