Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive roadmap that aligns technical capabilities with business goals for the upcoming fiscal year and beyond.
- Innovation & Research: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, IoT) to maintain a competitive edge and drive operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives and ensure optimal utilization of technical resources.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and methodologies across departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present technical strategies to the C-Suite and board members in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data analytics, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term technology roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering and technical teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
