Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team focused on scalability and innovation.
- Oversee the architectural design of next-generation systems, prioritizing security and performance.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) that drive competitive advantage.
- Establish and mentor best practices for code quality, deployment pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Manage budget allocation for technology infrastructure and R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
