Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Lead the integration of Generative AI and automation tools to streamline enterprise workflows.
- Cloud Architecture: Design and oversee the migration to secure, scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS and Azure.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies on emerging tech trends to ensure our stack remains competitive.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical strategy.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term tech roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
