Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic roadmap for the 'Project 2026' initiative.
- Analyze emerging market trends and emerging technologies to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to align long-term goals with short-term execution.
- Develop detailed forecasting models to predict resource needs and budget allocations.
- Present complex strategic visions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee the pilot programs for technologies slated for implementation in 2026.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or high-level technology leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business intelligence.
- Experience with emerging tech stacks (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Cloud Architectures) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'C-suite' level executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
