Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and integrate them into our product lifecycle.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends to predict market shifts and advise the C-suite on potential disruptions.
- Prototype & Validate: Spearhead internal innovation labs to prototype futuristic concepts and validate their viability before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level vision into actionable development cycles.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a creative environment that encourages experimentation and risk-taking among the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, data strategy, and emerging tech stacks.
