Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Oversee the integration of innovative solutions into existing product lines to enhance scalability and market competitiveness.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats in the technology landscape.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful innovation strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
