Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end execution of the 'Vision 2026' strategic roadmap across all global departments.
- Conduct advanced predictive market analysis to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies leading up to 2026.
- Align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of strategic milestones.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and ROI of long-term strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate high-level strategic workshops and quarterly executive planning sessions to maintain organizational focus.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and proactively design scalable solutions for future growth.
- Present comprehensive progress reports and strategic pivots to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multi-year, large-scale corporate initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, AI integration, and digital transformation strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and rapidly scaling environment.
