Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic forecasts to stakeholders, translating complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen innovations
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future technology integration
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists to cultivate a forward-thinking culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology foresight roles within high-growth environments
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS) required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios and probabilistic outcomes
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
