Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact future intelligence reports and roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology implications and market shifts
- Establish innovation pipelines targeting 2026 breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting long-term business resilience
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with quantifiable risk/benefit analyses
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation required
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption preparedness and agile transformation
