Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal patterns impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Author high-impact foresight publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive modeling and AI-driven analytics
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive leadership teams
- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D labs and academic institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing thought leadership in future studies
- Mastery of AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Experience with cross-industry disruption analysis (tech, bio, energy sectors)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
