Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Author executive-level trend reports with 95%+ accuracy benchmarks for emerging tech adoption
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and human augmentation solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
- Present strategic recommendations at Davos-level summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 clients or Big Tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves with industry impact
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, bio-engineering, and neurotech landscapes
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
