- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advect disruptive innovation projects from concept to market validation
- Represent the firm at premier future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Masters degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or similar institution)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
