As a key member of our executive technical team, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for ensuring our architecture remains robust, innovative, and aligned with the rapid pace of technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring the long-term scalability and resilience of our core systems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical roadmaps, breaking down complex initiatives into actionable milestones.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
- Tech Evaluation: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring junior architects and engineering leads on best practices and modern methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions deliver measurable business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and plan for future tech trends, specifically in AI integration and data scalability.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving technical decisions that align with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
