Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key trends and opportunities for the year 2026.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems, to inform executive decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and C-suite leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D initiatives aimed at disrupting current industry standards and securing market leadership.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical roadmaps and strategic proposals to diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor high-potential engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred. Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic technology planning, AI/ML architecture, or enterprise software development.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and scalable system design.
- Strategic Insight: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
