Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI roadmap for the 2026 transition, ensuring scalability and interoperability across legacy and next-gen systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise automation.
- Oversee the integration of Ethical AI frameworks to ensure compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including Neural Interfaces and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical capabilities into business strategy.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI and experience implementing responsible AI guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
