Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy aligned with the 2026 corporate vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Identify emerging trends in artificial general intelligence and automation to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, product strategy, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products or systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
