Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical vision and architectural strategy for our upcoming AGI initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Model Development Oversight: Guide the research teams in developing and deploying state-of-the-art transformer models and neural architectures.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business goals into robust technical roadmaps and development cycles.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the engineering team and executive leadership, articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and compliance risks in AI deployment early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizons) regarding technological trends and industry shifts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
