Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect and execute a comprehensive long-term AI strategy that aligns with company goals.
- System Design: Design robust, secure, and scalable AI/ML infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI trends (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive projects from conception to deployment.
