Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead architectural decisions for high-impact projects requiring future-proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and assess their integration potential.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud environments.
- Mentor engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management.
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with AI/ML integration strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
