Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Participate in a structured rotational program across core engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, and Cloud Infrastructure).
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and senior engineers to define and build product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern architectural frameworks.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Actively participate in architectural discussions, agile ceremonies, and peer code reviews.
- Present project outcomes, technical insights, and personal development progress to senior leadership at the conclusion of each rotation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2025 or Winter 2025/2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) or cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven ability to tackle ambiguous technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong desire to learn, iterate, and grow.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
