Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 SEO Roadmap: Architect a long-term strategy that anticipates major algorithmic shifts and emerging technologies.
- Prioritize Technical SEO: Lead the optimization of site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup to ensure maximum crawlability and indexability.
- AI & Semantic Search: Implement strategies that align with Large Language Models (LLMs) and knowledge graphs to ensure top-tier visibility in AI search results.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and report on ROI to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the dev team to integrate SEO best practices into the CI/CD pipeline and product development.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop data-backed content calendars that drive high-intent traffic.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of scaling organic traffic for high-traffic websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG).
- AI & Future Tech Knowledge: Experience with or keen interest in AI-generated content, knowledge graphs, and semantic search optimization.
- SEO Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor junior SEOs and influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical SEO issues.
