Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Web3 Engineer to join our elite team at QuantumChain Labs. You will play a pivotal role in architecting scalable smart contracts, optimizing gas efficiency, and securing our ecosystem for millions of users.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex cryptographic protocols and seamless user experiences, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of the Web3 revolution.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy highly secure and scalable smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits and code reviews to mitigate vulnerabilities within the protocol.
- Optimize smart contract logic and transaction throughput to reduce gas fees and improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and UI/UX designers to integrate Web3 wallets and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Participate in the design of novel DeFi mechanisms, yield optimization strategies, and cross-chain interoperability solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Layer 2 scaling solutions and Zero-Knowledge Proofs, to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity (EVM) and Rust (non-EVM) for smart contract development and testing.
- Extensive experience with development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, and Git.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
- Experience with DeFi protocols, NFT standards, and cross-chain bridges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building secure, decentralized systems.
