Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a scalable, high-performance technical strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Cloud Systems) into our core architecture.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with new 2026-era infrastructure.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks early in the development cycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
