Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for mobile and web applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex SaaS product designs
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Background in fintech or financial services preferred
