Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise and government applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements and innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience designing for government or enterprise-level applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design frameworks
- Certification in UX research or design (preferred)
