Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with high accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and fix recurring bugs.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus for our Miami location.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
