Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve complex tickets within the Service Desk system with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees regarding company IT protocols.
- Collaborate with the IT development team to identify and document recurring system bugs.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential outages to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
