Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof SEO Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive technical SEO roadmaps that align with the projected algorithms of 2026, focusing on AI indexing and semantic relevance.
- Technical Auditing & Optimization: Conduct in-depth audits of website architecture, ensuring seamless crawlability, indexability, and data structure for both traditional and AI-based search bots.
- Core Web Vitals & Performance: Lead initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals, ensuring zero-friction user experiences that satisfy both human users and search engine quality rater guidelines.
- Schema & Structured Data: Design and implement advanced schema markup strategies to enhance rich snippets, voice search readiness, and knowledge graph integration.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Partner with software engineers to integrate SEO best practices into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring technical debt is managed and site performance is prioritized.
- AI & Data Integration: Analyze data patterns to identify trends in generative search, utilizing tools like Python and SQL to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic for high-traffic websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG). Experience with Google Search Console, Lighthouse, and analytics platforms.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep knowledge of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents interact with web data.
- Programming Skills: Ability to write clean code or scripts (Python, JavaScript) to automate SEO tasks and analyze data.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
