Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive technical recruitment strategy targeting niche talent in AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering.
- Develop and implement an advanced SEO strategy to optimize organic visibility for job boards, career pages, and technical blogs.
- Analyze recruitment funnel data and SEO metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social engineering) to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define technical competency models and create high-converting job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a premium brand interaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging tech trends and adjust hiring strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting and technical SEO.
- Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and pivot strategies for maximum ROI.
- Experience writing SEO-optimized technical content and sourcing content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
