Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data science, and AI roles, focusing on high-impact positions.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networking.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, technical screening, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our brand and drive engagement.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer branding and employer value proposition (EVP).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the software engineering or AI/ML industry.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, technical stacks, and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
  • Strong research and networking skills with a proven track record of finding passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
