Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of the 2026 digital infrastructure project, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, translating technical requirements into clear business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional squad of developers, QA engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks and logistical challenges, implementing robust contingency plans.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party cloud providers and hardware vendors to ensure infrastructure scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management within the Technology sector.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally within events, media, or high-traffic consumer applications.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and DevOps methodologies.
- Agile Mastery: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, with a demonstrated ability to scale Agile practices.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing without authority.
