Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and disruption.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact initiatives and innovation sprints.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for future-forward projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap.
- Measure the success of strategic initiatives and pivot strategies as necessary to meet evolving goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or systems architecture within a tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year projects with a focus on future scalability.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
