Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical strategy for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead System Design: Create high-level architectural designs for complex, scalable systems, focusing on microservices, cloud-native solutions, and AI integration.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and security best practices across all engineering teams.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and prototype new technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) to solve current and future business challenges.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or lead architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Core Technologies: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of thinking long-term and translating high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
