Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term business objectives, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Future Tech Integration: Spearhead the research and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) into core business models to maintain a competitive edge.
- Market Foresight Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitor movements, and global economic shifts to predict future market opportunities and threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between R&D, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment across all departments regarding the long-term strategic vision.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize organizational resources (budget, talent, time) to support high-impact strategic initiatives that drive year-over-year growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring buy-in and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterās degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within the tech or high-growth industry.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans that have resulted in significant business growth or transformation.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business operations; ability to translate technical jargon into strategic business language.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porterās Five Forces, PESTLE).
