Job Overview
We are looking for a visionary engineer to lead the development of our next-generation SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and security standards are met.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Backend, QA) to define and implement features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster team growth.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to improve speed and reliability.
- Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
