About the Role:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that drive our business forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve application efficiency.
- Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for all systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Python, or Node.js. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
