Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize codebases to improve application speed, responsiveness, and overall performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a timely manner.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a major framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or Java for API development.
- Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
