Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce engineering standards and best practices.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, security, and maintainability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and provide timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
