Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-scale web applications and APIs using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software architecture.
- Debug complex production issues and implement scalable fixes to ensure system stability.
- Optimize application performance and reduce latency across all platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C#).
- Strong understanding of database systems, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
